Checking Out Books

Each week, students in Kindergarten can check out one book at a time until Winter Break, and then 2 books for the rest of the year. Students in Grades 1-5 can check out two books at a time. Books are checked out for 2 weeks at a time.

Lost/Damaged Books

Students who lose or damage library materials will be expected to replace the item or pay for the cost of replacing the item. If a lost item is eventually found, a refund will be issued if possible. 

Overdue Items

Books are checked out for 2 weeks at a time. Students in Kindergarten are allowed 1 checked out book until Winter Break and then 2 books each week after break. Students in Grades 1-5 are allowed 2 checked out books. Even though books are due after 2 weeks, students come to LC every week. Students will need to return books each week if they want to check out new books!
